- What if I cancel Pro or Featured?
- Your listing reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. You keep the basic free listing forever.
- How do you verify listings?
- Every seed listing was checked against the company's own live website and current EstateSales.net / EstateSales.org activity. Claim flow requires email confirmation from the domain listed.
- Can I list in more than one metro?
- Yes — if you actually operate in multiple metros, list each one you serve at the same tier price. We don't sell fake "coverage."
